I loved this store it was very clean. It was my first time in a Barnes and Nobles store.I was able to find all of the books that I was looking for in addition to a new book series that I started. The cashier was very helpful in helping me signup for the membership. I will return to this location or another location to make future purchases.

Great experience! I was visiting the area from out of state. I haven't been to a B & N in about 20 years because there are none near me. Anyway - the store was nice and clean, and well organized. The person who rang me out let me know about a BOGO sale and recommended a book to me based on what I was purchasing (they explained what it was about as well). Super friendly. I would have loved to spend more time there!

I went in yesterday with my mom, we had a wonderful experience and one of the associates that greeted us informed us on the deal on paperback romance books. At checkout, Eva helped me and when I asked about book recommendations for after reading the alchemist and her picking my brain, she gave me a good list of books to read from (including the hunger games). I just have to say I love my home Barnes and Nobles! Also Eva deserves a raise!

I really don't ever leave reviews but this red haired Manager lady with glasses is very rude. She lies about when product arrives. She limited me to one item, and right after another lady walks up and she gave her 3 of the same items. Approached her about it and all she could do was apologize. Very rude and unprofessional. Seems like she judged me based off the color of my skin. I am a member there but will be canceling my membership because of her. I 100% DO NOT recommend this location. Go to any other B&N. Not this one. The Starbucks in this location is no good either. Filthy and the drinks just don't taste good at all compared to other Starbucks. Don't waste your time or money here.
