Today was my first time visiting, and I must say the doctor and trainee were very pleasant. The process was quick and efficient. My only con was in the waiting room. I walked in and I stood directly behind 2 ladies. I waited for about 10-12min for the ladies at the front desk to call the next person. I noticed the lady was signaling for someone else to come not realizing I was waiting there first. So I walk up to the window (she couldn’t see me because I’m very short) I speak up and say hi I’m signing in. She looks upset and tells me to get back in line to wait because I wasn’t standing directly in the line. I honestly felt racially profiled because I didn’t understood where all the hostility came from. The two ladies prior to me were standing exactly where I was standing and she called them with no problem but once it came to me. She wouldn’t take me and demanded I go back in line all because I wasn’t standing where she wanted me to stand. Sounds quite ridiculous and I felt it was very much targeted because of my skin color. Anyways I felt very embarrassed and super confused.

Honestly, I've been going here for the last 15 years and they are the nicest people. They are very efficient. I never wait long. The doctors listen to what I'm telling them and don't dismiss me. I've tried other places in between but I always go back here.

I like this place... I've been coming here since my first daughter was born and now we bring our son for his chek ups and doctor visits. I like how most of their staff is bilingual for those who speak Spanish. The doctors are great with kids and have a excellent way of treating their patients.

This healthcare facility is great all the way around. The staff is always helpful, always friendly and smooth. From the mid wives to the pediatricians, to the case workers. You guys rock! I plan to keep my child here and transfer my other child here. Once I have the names I will update this review. Just wanted to say keep up the good work! Thank you.
