Amazing experience! Jake was our guide for the game and we had so much fun! He was very thorough in explaining everything and making sure everyone felt comfortable and understood how the game worked. The puzzles were challenging (but you could get as many hints as you wanted) and required the whole group to work together and it was very satisfying when we solved one and moved to the next. We did the Portlandia escape room with two adults and four kids (ages 9 & 7) and it was amazing! Jake was our puzzle master and very professional, even when our kids were overexcited. The puzzles were fun, not tedious, and our kids were engaged and even solved puzzles on their own without any help from adults (some clues were lower to the ground so they had a better vantage point!) We did escape but needed help; one puzzle was really unique but the mechanism was too complex to work correctly so we got some extra time on the clock. We have done about half a dozen escape rooms around Oregon, CA, & Las Vegas, and this one was definitely one of our favorites-- the reveal of the 2nd room was major. We are excited to return for more!

There were a large number of well thought out puzzles that were unique to the room, lots of logic puzzles, really required us to work together. Jake was an awesome game master!
