My friend and I wanted to book the Runaway Train escape room but had some issues with the booking website. When I called for assistance, Michael at the front desk was quickly able to take care of everything and answer any questions we had! He was also the Game Master for our room, and he even let us try one of the VR games! It was an amazing experience, and Michael was beyond cool, friendly, and helpful.
