The customer service is top notch. I went in to a helmet fitted today and one of the female associates helped me try on a multitude of helmets in the quest to find the perfect mix of a good fit, comfort, and most importantly, safety. She was an excellent person and I'm disappointed that I won't need to visit anytime soon. The decorum is well executed with each helmet getting its own head to rest on and many intricate details hidden in the various displays from the snowy winter storm to the retro boom boxes used as a speaker system. The helmet was pricy but the quality certainly makes up for it's price.

I bought my first full suspension MTB through the online store and it was shipped here for the techs to build. They did an excellent job with no lack of craftsmanship. Upon picking it up, Austin answered every question I had and even installed a few extra parts for me. I'm really impressed with how this store is run and will be coming back for servicing and if I ever need other equipment.

I bought a gravel bike from Evo a few weeks back. When I realized the wheels weren’t tubeless ready I brought it back in for a change out and some brake work. The mechanics totally went above and beyond to help me out. They came up with a solution where I got brand new tubeless ready wheels and tires for a fraction of the cost and they didn’t charge for labor. I hadn’t asked for or expected any special favors! They were truly just hooking it up to make sure I ended up with what I’d wanted in a bike. Thanks so much to the entire team!

It was my first time visiting Evo and I was genuinely excited to check it out, especially the clothing, backpacks, and a little curious about the e-bikes. The store itself is really clean, well-organized, and they had some great items. That said, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, there were barely any customers, but I wasn’t greeted, even though there were staff around. About 10 minutes in, someone finally asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them it was my first time there and that I was excited to see what they had. They said “welcome,” which I appreciated, but then they just kind of left. I expected a little more engagement after that — maybe some insight into the store or a bit more conversation — but their response was really quiet and distant, and it felt like they didn’t really want to engage any further. That same person checked in again later, which was nice, but it still felt like the bare minimum. I had multiple items in my hands at one point, and a few employees saw me holding things, but no one offered to set up a fitting room or suggested it. I eventually walked upstairs just to see if there were more products, and when I ran into another staff member, I asked where the fitting rooms were. They told me they were back downstairs. It would have been helpful if someone had offered a fitting room earlier, not just to free up my hands but to make me feel more welcome and supported while shopping. Instead, it felt like the staff weren’t very engaged and didn’t really want to connect. They looked bored, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem interested in helping, even though the store was quiet. I came in ready to shop and potentially become a repeat customer but left feeling kind of unwelcome. The space is nice and they carry some great items, but the energy from the staff made the whole experience feel off. I think there’s definitely room to improve, especially when it comes to first impressions and customer engagement.

A great experience shopping here for the first time. The staff overall is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeremy helped us out buying our first snowboarding equipment and the experience was phenomenal. We definitely plan on coming back for other sport gear in the near future!
