Such a great place to work out! The coaches are dedicated and helpful, and coach Brent remembers everyone’s name! The workouts were efficient and fun (fun only sometimes 🙂), and I liked coach Brent always helping and supporting, and coach Will always challenging me. 💪🏻 The gym is spacious and very clean, and the bathrooms are clean have soap, shower gel, deodorant, hair ties, etc. (which I can’t say for other F45 locations 🤷♀️).
