I bought a sewing machine about a year ago thinking that I would just be able to start making my own clothes right away with YouTube tutorials, a hope and a prayer. Alas, I am SEW (see what I did there?) much better at in-person learning, which is why I signed up for classes at Fabricate. They are close to my house and offered class times that worked really well for my schedule. I learned a lot from the 4 classes, most importantly how to correct some very basic mistakes I was making when practicing at home on my own. Diana was extremely patient, kind and encouraging to our Sewing 101 class of about 8 people. I will definitely be back for more classes!!!
