Thee best one on one customer service I believe I’ve had in the 35 years. I’ve lived here. I recently had total knee replacement and I am currently on a walker as I walked through the front door. Someone greeted me came over to me, assisted me with my walker, putting it in the cart then asked me what I needed. I told them the three items they physically walked me to each item. One of the items wasn’t out. They went to the back and brought it out as we’re walking back towards the front. I looked to ask the name and they told me they were the store manager I believe her name was Gina double her salary then when I get to the front, I’m trying to do self check out, but it wouldn’t take take cash so the person that was at the front of the store walks me over to the cash register and rings it up for me everyone happy everyone pleasant everything with a smile. You guys are better than Chick-fil-A at least at this location. Corvairy!

I have utilized Michael's custom & professionally framed services for more than two dozen art pieces for my home and as gifts. Unfortunately, they have just lost my business because of two clearance items totaling $2.79. I expect every "Clearance" sign to have the "final sale" printed clearly so that all consumers know that Michael's doesn't stand behind their products once it's reduced beyond sale. Best of luck, as Hobby Lobby and The Frame Shopp does excellent work at better prices. Ciao!!!

Most Michael's are the same as far as what they carry. The thing that sets them apart is the employees. Are there employees on the floor? Are they helpful? Do they even smile? Well the employees at this store were great. The Michael's is located at a shopping center that has a Home Goods, Office Depot, Ross and Marshall's as well as others. There is plenty of parking.
