I have been a member at Farrell's extreme Bodyshaping for 2 1/2 years. I can't express what this gym and the community there have meant to me. The instructors are top notch, and I have never had a better work out in any capacity at any of the other gyms I have belonged too. The strength training and Kickboxing classes continue to challenge me and are always presenting new challenges. But, the best part was bonding with my daughter with Kickboxing classes, we did it together and it was life changing for our relationship! I just completed 20 weeks at Farrell's and I'm so proud to say that I've lost 20 lbs and a total of 13 3/4 inches. The great thing about the program is that you get constant support. Dan and all the instructors are fantastic! They constantly challenge everyone to get to a "level 10" and they help you achieve your own personal fitness goals. The workout is intense, the nutrition plan is excellent, and the atmosphere is unmatched. Now 11 weeks in, I am 20 lbs. lighter, many inches smaller, and have never had so much energy. Not to mention, I have made numerous connections with several great people.
