More concerning, I developed two cuticle infections (one is healed and the other is improving now - left middle finger) following the appointment, which I strongly suspect was due to improper sanitation. Also worth mentioning — while I understand city environments can be unpredictable, a homeless man entered during my service, asked for food, and threw an item against the wall. It made me feel unsafe, although I recognize that’s sometimes part of the reality of being in the city. I typically get my nails done in the suburbs, so this was a bit outside my norm. While the team was kind, the lack of cleanliness and short-lived results are enough for me to reconsider returning.
