I brought my Tag Formula 1 in for a battery replacement a couple years ago and got the “lifetime warranty replacement”. I just took my watch back in for its first warranty covered battery and they greeted me with fast and friendly service. They replaced my battery and reset the time and date while a had a quick bite in the food court. They were finished and waiting on me when I returned 30 minutes later. Excellent customer service at this location!

I’m not a review person like that but Let me tell you! I dropped off two of my favorites watches that I kept having to get fix at the perimeter location. I went into this location and was told I’d have to wait for their specialist to get in so I could leave my watches because from what I knew before they needed some custom size screws/rods. He said the guy would be back next week so I expected to wait about a week or two. 20mins later as I’m still in the mall the young guy that works there told me if I wanted to wait for their specialist it will be $60 per watch but he had found some rods that fit perfectly which very close up you would notice they’re not like the originals. He said you can come take a look and if you like it they’re $10 each!! I went back and it looked great. I have been paying $50-$60 per watch for these same two watches almost every few months dealing with the perimeter location where the dad always had a bad attitude about doing the work as if I wasn’t paying. I am not only impressed but to save me $100 and time was a level of integrity I had to commend! I wish I knew his name but I’m bringing all of my people here for their repair needs. He was super kind, respectful and attentive although he was pretty busy at that time. I went there 6/11/2025 give that young man a raise!!!

I have had watches repaired here in the past. Recently I had a silver tooth fairy box that broke and took it to my jeweler down the street from the mall. After the jeweler quoted me a price to repair it for more than its worth I thought would see if these guys could do anything. While evaluating if they could, they went ahead and repaired it and didn’t charge me a cent. It took a total of 3 minutes! There are still good and honest people in the world and these are great examples of those. I will be back!

NEVER GIVE YOUR REPAIRS HERE!!!!! These people are crazy and thieves. I gave a bracelet for repair & they said it will be $35 and when i got there to pick it up they tried to charge me $70 and when i refused to pay, the owner started yelling at me and asked me get the hell out of of there. Not just this after pay $35 what they initially told i took the bracelet and saw that they kept a whole link of about 2 grams of 10 kt gold claiming that i already had given them a link short, for which i had the proof. Then after showing the proof they gave the link back and again he star yelling at me and telling to not come back here. Well i will never go back up there and would suggest to get the repairs done at some where else who you can trust. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was greeted by a very handsome young man. He did a small fix on my ring. He ask me did I wanted him to clean it for me. Of course I said yes. My sister was with me he also clean hers as well, at no charge. I have been coming to fast-fix for many year's. They always do an outstanding job on my jewelry. Prices are reasonable. If ever in Cumberland Mall and need a repair on your jewelry, don't hesitate to give them a try, I assure you want be disappointed.
