I try not to write bad reviews about places. But this place has crazy prices. And the cashiers insist on talking to everyone in spanish. They were very rude about that. I politely requested for the dialogue to be in English and was almost yelled at by the cashier.....have fun selling $99 box of legos.

The first time I ever came to this thrift shop. I wandered around the shop and discovered that it is filled with little treasures. I go for hats jewelry, clothes, shoes, lamps, furnishings dishes.. and the weird and unusual items that sometimes land in their donation bins. Anyhow on that first visit I had found a hat a bracelet... .getting ready to pay,, I went out to my car to get my wallet only to find that the wallet, the phone and the key had been locked in the car Frantic, I went back to Father Joes explaining my situation and asking if there was a company phone I could use to call someone to bring me the spare key. The ladies working that day said that there was no such thing as a company phone here. Karen ,The floor manager happened to be working that afternoon and approached the commotion. When I saw her I said, ,"Señorita encerre mis llaves y mi telefono en El carro. Y necesito hacer una llamada a un amigo por favor" Karen had started to get her personal cell phone from her back pocket When she heard what I had said she stopped and looked me in the eye and told me " I don't speak Spanish" She then got back to getting her phone and making the call for me. My friend came opened the car for me. I paid for my goods and went home I became a regular customer since then. over the years I have met some really awesome staff members. Jonathan Margarita Others whose names I didn't get. Thank you Karen for the kindness you extended to me on that day. I
