If I could give 0 stars I would. After my shoot they charged me for using backdrops when there was no signage ANYWHERE that there was an extra fee for backdrop use. They charged me DOUBLE the amount of my studio time. Their customer service was horrible and all she could tell me is that this was a new policy and there was nothing they could do. DO NOT put a card on file with them because they will charge you after the fact without your consent.

Awesome studio for a great price. I used FD for senior portraits for one of my clients. The space is way more, and far nicer, than I expected for the price. Okay experience. It was our first time in the studio and we came in to take digitals, though the employee working was of little assistance. We did call ahead and let them know we were taking digitals, and they also didn't have white backdrop paper, which is just kind of a must at any photo studio. Would have been nice to have received an advanced notice about that, otherwise we would have gone ahead with a different studio. Overall good experience.
