Been to Finca twice now and both amazing. Vibe: Staff are friendly, insightful, professional, follow up quick, never seem like their trying to push or get you out. I've eaten at a table and walked in at the bar and both have had amazing energy. Love the natural lighting and the variety of dishwares that we were told were 2nd hand which is very cool. Food: the food is pricey but a well worth it. Super unique and tasty. My absolute favorite is the Strawberry Chicken Liver Cinnamon Roll that's balanced salty, sweet savory. A good sign of a good restaurant though is when everyone in the group has their own favorites. I've worked through most of the menu and I look forward to whatever they put out next. Drinks: The variety of wines are actually affordable and the home vermouth is great. It feels like there's a wine for everyone. Whether it's happy hour and snacks or a full dinner, it'll be amazing. I think they'll easily become one of the best restaurants in town.
