My experience today was appalling & traumatizing. I walked in the store to observe the clerk saying something obnoxious to a customer ( i knee things weren't going to fair well after this) she walks past me get on her phone and I grt her attention. She looks bothered as if I'm intruding on her time. I explained that I bought a pair of sneakers less than 24 hrs earlier and I needed to EXCHANGE them ( no refund needed). With attitude she snatched the bag and types something in the computer. I explained i only wanted an exchange because it felt as if the right shoe had a defect ( something sharp pressed my toe) she angrily says "I'm not going to take these back because you wore them ". I calmly explained to her i tried them on in the store . I ask for a manager..she loudy States " IM THE MANAGER. I asked for corporate number she writes it a piece of paper and shoves it at me and say " Call them and give them my name. YANNA .." i respond by telling her I would be writing a review...she angrily say you need to leave before I call security. I take a pictue of the she and proceed out the door ...while she say disrespectful thing...i noticed she had came from behind the counter walking behind me and followed me outside the store !!! IF (YANNA is the management representative of finish line ; i will NEVER purchase anything from this establishment again and will advise others NOT to patronize FINISH LINE either. I will be notifying corporate of the EGREGIOUS Traumatizing interaction. PLEASE see attached pics of shoes & OBNOXIOUS aggressive behavior.

I recently shopped at the store and I had such a great experience. I was helped by three young ladies, Yanna, Jocelyn, and Dakota, who were all incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in they made me feel comfortable and even though I’m not a shoe person, they took the time to help me find the perfect pair to match with my outfit. They were patient knowledgeable and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do which made the whole shopping experience so much better the store was clean well organized. I had a great atmosphere. You can really tell that these girls care about their customers and love what they do. They are just great people. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
