They say 25 mins most times they mean an hour. I order today and 1 it was cold and the food looks horrible, the wings are tiny. If I wasn’t so hungry I’d throw it away. Is it old and reheated for 30 dollars I expect way better

I ordered online for hot wings because online it says “ 6pc buffalo”. When the order gets here it’s honey bbq. I called there and the person on the phone was very rude because they got the order wrong. Normally when I order food it’s a 10/10. Maybe because it was just the manager itself or it maybe depends on the workers. But overall this is unacceptable especially to be a manger. Then mind you my mother went to the restaurant with the order and the lady was still being rude and said they couldn’t replace it and to go to uber eats instead. This is HIGHLY ACCEPTABLE!
