When my son was introduced to FTR I had a good feeling he’d benefit from it. What I didn’t realize is that I would too. There is no doubt in my mind FTR saved and changed our lives! I can see growth in myself and my son. I am proud of this journey to wellness we have been on together. FTR has nurtured and supported us in so many ways. The community is beautifully accepting and accommodating. Their coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, take the time to explain the exercise, and genuinely provide the utmost respect and care. Absolutely lovey humans, facility, and community. 🫶

Absolutely incredible location for folks in recovery to come and get fitness, art, cooking, and a whole other variety of wellness classes. The instructors and coaches are absolutely filled with love and support. The community they have built is so wonderful. The gym is great! I have not yet taken any of the art or cooking classes, but I know friends have and love them. It's a great non-profit and you should definitely check it out.
