We were genuinely disappointed every time we finished a course because it all was so good. Chef Rich accepted the job for a celebration of life on very short notice. He and his team surveyed the venue, coordinated with their management directly, created a menu and executed a flawless serving of 150 people all while staying compassionate and flexible with the timing. The menu was specifically tailored to the event, extremely tasty, as well as displayed and served with a beautiful artistic flair. At the end of the evening they helped pack up any leftovers for the family and completely cleaned up after themselves. Chef Rich and his teammate made the most incredible dinner for my bachelorette party! Chef Rich and I emailed back and forth several times and he created the most delicious menu using items that were in-season and fresh. And then on the day-of, even in a crazy snow storm, Chef Rich and his teammate were flexible and amazing! We moved locations due to the snow and they still showed up early! They brought all of their own equipment, were able to use the space really well, and cleaned up so well that you really couldn’t tell they had even been in the kitchen. And the meal was INCREDIBLE!!! A four course dream filled with the most delicious, fresh ingredients, even in March! Our highlights were the perfectly cooked fish, the flavor-bomb appetizer with burrata, and his homemade sweet corn sweet cream ice cream with berries and chocolate… it was all out of this world! Chef Rich explained each course and even brought his own dishware, water pitcher, and napkins… he did it all! We look forward to hiring Chef Rich his team again for another amazing, private, intimate dinner! 10/10!!!
