The salesperson took a lot of time with me to help me get the right pair of shoes for my feet, including using the computer technology they have in the store to evaluate what I need. He listened to me carefully and kindly educated me about what would work. I'm considered a senior, so I especially appreciate his time and attention, as I've found that's not always been the case in other stores when I'm buying running shoes. I will definitely go back to this Fleet Feet when it's time for more shoes.

My friend and I had come in on a whim today after not having been to a Fleet Feet myself in 20+ years and they had never been before. We were greeted right away and seen within 15 minutes to have our feet scanned and have assistance finding shoes. Our associate, Alexis, was absolutely amazing and helped us find exactly what I was looking for and help my friend with his first ever endeavor into the world of running. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous, friendly and engaging. I could not recommend her strongly enough for any tenured or new shopper. By far the best shoe buying experience I have ever had and will 100% be back to work with Alexis again as well as to give her updates on our progress.
