This was a great experience. When we walked in some addresses us right away and said someone would be with us. We ended up speaking with Cameron. I went because I w been having pain in my feet and I knew I needed better shoes but got overwhelmed in determining what was best. Cameron was so helpful and knowledgeable and the report she provided was amazing. She suggested shoes based on the report and had me try them on with and without the In soles. A very positive experience and I would go back over and over again.

Lois was fantastic! I am training for my first half marathon, and she genuinely cared about how I am training and my past experience (or lack thereof). Lois did a comprehensive scan of my feet and my gait, and showed me why I need larger shoes than I would have ever thought. She hooked me up with some great shoes and socks, and even helped my wife Adrienne get some of her own for her training. As a veteran, I got a 10% discount which was great. I highly recommend Fleet Feet in the Village District, and be sure to ask for Lois!

My podiatrist recommended I visit Fleet Feet for show fitting due to a painful bone spur. He said I should buy neutral shoes. Fleet feet confirmed my size shoes were correct but I was wearing supportive shoes rather than neutral. I bought two pairs of neutral shoes. My bone spur still hurts when I walk a lot, but not generally.

I've visited other Fleet Feet locations, but this was my first visit to Fleet Feet Raleigh Village. I was assisted by Laura, who was friendly and also a real pro in helping me find running shoes. I was having issues finding a good fit (I have long narrow feet), and the Saucony model I had been using wasn't working. Laura knew all the characteristics of the different brands (in my case, which brands and models might fit best for my foot type). She was patient and informative. I selected two pairs of shoes and so far these been great. I really liked this Fleet Feet location and appreciated working with Laura!

I called and asked about their availability for slip-resistant shoes. Laura could not have been more helpful in answering all my questions and helping me reserve a pair to try on. When we got there, Caleb and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Caleb helped me out tremendously with everything and I could not be more grateful! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back to support this business!!!
