NEW REVIEW July 2025. The motor on my e bike had gone bad (plenary gears in hub stripped) and being a $2000 bike, I did not want to tackle switching out the hub myself. so I ordered the replacement from Aventon and asked the guys at Fly E-Bike for a price to do the work. They quoted a fair rate and I agreed to bring the bike and new hub to them when it arrived. When it arrived I stopped in on a Saturday morning and left the bike with them. They called sooner than they expected and charged me less than the quote. They reinstalled everything and I was able to get back on the road with everything working perfectly. I totally suggest this shop!!! Never had a bad experience here and I come back for flat repair when needed. FIRST REVIEW 2022ish. Had a flat and was just arriving at closing time and they graciously welcomed me and had me on the road in 15 minutes with a new tube. I really appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness and care for people in a bind. I commute by bike and joyride after work. Thank you Fly E-bike team!

I purchased a small scooter at this place 2 years ago. Now when I have a flat and need maintenance on the scooter they get amnesia. Claiming I did not buy the scooter there. I have a receipt dummy. 2 weeks to wait for the new tire they’re charging me 80 dollars to replace. The back light is broken he said glue it. WHAT??😮 you have been warned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AS YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING MAINTENANCE AND PARTS REPLACED. 2 workers contradicting themselves one says sure we can order the wheel the other says I can only order it online. GEEZ WHAT A MESS.

The people here rescued my e-battery. It wouldn't charge and it was fried. Dead as can be. They opened it up in one minute. Fixed it in five and I was out in less than ten. The whole thing cost me $10, saved me $600 plus tax and shipping time. While waiting, I've seen some welding going on, some wire soldering going on for other people etc. These folks will open it up and get in there. Ebikes scooters and motorcycles. Decent in-store selection of the basics but very nicely priced online selection. They seem legit.
