FOOD was soooo good and great homey atmosphere. kudos to the cook, he is doing his big one with all the sandwiches, salads, desserts and plates they have! A neighborhood favorite in West Austin! Best made to order sandwiches in town. My personal favorite is the toasted Turkey Reuben on rye but all of them are delicious. Breads are homemade and fantastic. Other favorites are the devilish eggs, tuna salad, empanadas, and the daily specials (love the crab cakes!) including homemade hot and cold soups. Bakery items include chocolate butter cream frosted cupcakes with sprinkles, a staple for every family birthday and icing decorated cookies—today dinosaurs and pumpkins. So cute! Dine in at shared tables, sit outside in the courtyard or grab and go! Food! Food!, feeds all of Tarrytown and we love them.
