I got my girlfriend passes to the "Mastermind Sushi: Basics and beyond" class, and we had the best time! Yoko is an amazing teacher and is so kind and patient. It was an unforgettable, fun-filled, one of a kind night that we will never forget. Sushi making at home feels achievable after the class, and we can't wait to put our new skills to the test. We will definitely be back for more classes, and will recommend Yoko's classes to anyone who wants to learn more about Japanese cuisine and culture

My wife and I had the best time taking the Sushi Making Class. It was informative, hands on, and delicious! We learned how to cut sushi/sashimi, make tamago, cook shrimp, and then make 4 different styles of sushi rolls. Highly recommend for any inquisitive and adventurous person! Our class had 6 people sign up for it and then 2 didn’t show up. So it was very intimate. The classes fill up very fast so book as far in advance as possible.

SO amazing! I bought the fish market tour and cooking class as a gift for my husband and it did not disappoint. The tour itself was really interesting - I can't believe the variety of fish they import from Japan and Korea - and Yoko did an incredible job explaining how she works her magic in the kitchen. Highly, highly recommend!

Yoko is extremely knowledgeable about Japanese cuisine, and my goodness she has amazing knife skills. She and her staff were friendly, helpful, and patient, and they made it a fun time and a great learning experience.
