We learned how to cut sushi/sashimi, make tamago, cook shrimp, and then make 4 different styles of sushi rolls. Highly recommend for any inquisitive and adventurous person! Our class had 6 people sign up for it and then 2 didn’t show up. So it was very intimate. The classes fill up very fast so book as far in advance as possible.
