Foot Traffic West is an incredible location to find the right shoe. I am a picky chooser and I had not found a good pair of shoes that truly work for almost a decade. But, after a recommendation to this location, I decided to stop by one afternoon. Maddy was gracious enough to spend as much time as I needed to find my perfect athletic shoe that I truly felt right in (and was quite affordable compared to rates online). She went above and beyond with the gait analysis, helping me try as many shoes as I needed, down to every tiny uncomfortable feeling I had in a shoe, and even to color preferences, laces, insoles; basically whatever I needed. This location is lucky to have her! Long story short, if you need a pair of good shoes, stop by Foot Traffic West as I didn’t even know what a good pair of shoes should be like until I found the right one, here.

I visited on Wednesday, and the employee helped me get a shoe ordered in via store transfer the following day; size 14's are always a challenge! They came in next-day(today) and the fit was wonderful! I'm now the proud owner of a pair of Brooks. They're the most comfortable running shoe I think I've owned, already took a jog to break them in! Will definitely revisit the store, and check out the other locations as well. 👍

Stopped here, when I realized that I had not bought new running shoes in quite some time. I realize that the sole of one of my shoes was coming off before I was about to go for a run. Friendly staff that were helpful. Wow they did not have the exact shoe that I was looking for I was able to find a different shoe by the same brand that was laceless and I think they have become my favorite shoes ever! They were the only shoes I wore on a recent week and a half long road trip and saw plenty of activity. At the end of my trip, they came back with a bunch of mud from the snake river Canyon.🫶🏻
