I am a baker and brought cookies I had made, along with a few bags and bowls of frosting, because I thought it would be cute to get pictures of our daughter decorating cookies with Santa. We also brought our dog to join in a few of the pictures. Lia not only was flexible with all my ideas, she quickly caught my vision and perfectly brought it to life. Sally at Fotofly is Amazing! She made my three year old so comfortable, he was laughing and smiling the whole time. Not one bad shot. She has a great personality with kids and her pictures were Beautiful. She had them back to me the same day. Highly recommend this location and definitely recommend Sally as your photographer! I always look forward to doing the Santa photos as well. I love getting these photos back every year, and this year is no exception. I have always loved my photos from Fotofly, but so much makes up whether or not you'd refer a company, and that includes customer service. This last trip had an issue in which I thought I'd booked at a different location than I actually had because of the address on the confirmation email sent to me and ended up in Lehi instead of downtown minutes before our scheduled time. They were open to my feedback about the confirmation process and understood how it was confusing and took ownership of the situation even though I am the one that misunderstood the location. They were kind and apologetic, making the extra hour commute forgivable. The photographer was wonderful with my kids and captured wonderful photos. Overall highly pleased with them and the experience.
