Great lounge! I celebrated my birthday here, traveled in from the DFW and they took care of me!! From the moment we walked in until we departed, the guys were so attentive. The drinks were on point!! As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us and took us to the humidor. Small humidor, they had some good cigars to choose from. Nice patio. The only thing I didn’t like was a guy sitting and smoking several cigarettes for about an hour, never lit a cigar. Overall great customer service, I will visit again next time I’m in AZ.

Fox Cigar — Scottsdale always a pleasure with my husband. On this late afternoon, we enjoyed exceptional service by Zack (bar-back), who seems to have a high quality client training background. I must share, the initial experience today was quite disturbing as the bartender, Sabrina was quite rude and lacking in offering quality and kind customer service to the point that I requested someone else. She is quite arrogant, rude and blah to be employed on the frontline of such an extraordinary gem in Scottsdale! She not only refused my request, she gave me an explanation, and poured our wine in dirty glasses with tobacco stuck to the insides. When Zack took over, she made a snarky comment regarding our preferred wine we requested a new bottle to be opened, as the available bottle was quite bitter upon sampling, and she didn’t seem to think we should have clean glasses, as well. Zack took initiative, completed our experience at the bar, and cleaned up her low quality service with his friendly and professional demeanor. This created a satisfactory experience for us! We love this location, and drive from Gilbert to frequent Fox’s in Scottsdale! Lastly, even with my initial kindness, Sabrina was extremely dry and rude!
