Been here for almost 10 years. Love it. Highly recommend. 24/hour access, showers and clean bathrooms.

They say there open 24 hours a day but the guy running the place thinks you live there if you work more than he does a day. Doesn't want people in the building over night. Which is the best time to record. No one else is there making noise. No bleed through.. Great bands and musicians...

I shared a space here for over 15 years. Francisco Studios has always been a home away from home when I had music to practice or record. The building is very secure with a steel coded entry door, no 1st floor windows, and each studio is double padlocked on the top and bottom of the door with a deadbolt lock as well. Someone once tried to break into our studio and they could not achieve even breaking one of the double padlocked dead bolts. Musicians and artists alike are always in and out 24 hours a day, making it even less likely to have a theft problem. To top it all off, the parking lot and hallways (both upstairs and downstairs), have a camera surveillance system. Free Wi-Fi to renters along with electric utilities are included in rent. Each space has light padding on the walls, plenty of outlets, and the doors to each space are solid, heavy wood. I loved Francisco Studios! It was my solice, my solitude, my creative space with almost no distractions aside from other musicians. Rent is very reasonable as well. If you're a band that is just starting out, or a long time band/small business that needs a space to work without your everyday distractions, rent from here! You won't regret it!!
