After a rocky start acquiring my bike due to some issues with SEB's _supplier_ (but NOT SEB's fault, as far as I could tell), I finally got a bike, and they have been the model of customer service perfection in helping maintain it. Communication is excellent, and they really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied and getting an optimal experience from their bikes. I searched around and looked at many other e-bike places in the greater Seattle area, and I'm glad I chose to go with SEB in the end.

In online sales, they allow free returns within 30 days. But when the item is discounted, they claim this sale is final. They offer 10% off your first order store wide without explaining this sale is in effect, a contract stating you are not allowed to return the item. I would not have taken the sale if I knew this were the case. It feels like a major bait and switch. They will happily restock your “discounted” item for a 20% restocking fee. So slimy. Edit: in retaliation for my review they have cancelled my ability to get a refund at all. Avoid this business!
