I visited this store a few days ago, it was clean, and organized, and friendly employees. I especially wanted to thank Celia who works at the Starbucks in this store, for bringing me a cup of water when she overheard me talking to one of the Fry's employees, on how hot that it was that day. The fact that she was paying attention to customers, and did a good deed out of kindness, without being asked to. This type of customer service will definitely make me come back to this location, thank you Celia!

This location is larger and tends to be very well stocked. I like the larger organic section as well. Staff has always been kind and helpful and the store has always been clean. Lines move quickly and their bonus 4x fuel points Fridays are helpful. Going in the mornings is always recommended as they are freshly stocked and items are plentiful.

Everything else about this store is awesome except, people who aren't handicapped (their cars have no disabled plate or placard. And the three 20 something girlies who walked into the store from their shiny Tesla sure weren't disabled). I like Tesla's just not SOME of the entitled people who operate them.

I like this Fry's location. It has a nice deli section and butcher. Their bakery has a good selection of baked goods. A great selection of imported cheeses and if you go on the right day you can enjoy free samples!

08/10/2025 update of review. Avoid this store at all costs, the management of this store is totally inept, especially the management at night that is if you can find the managers. Never any shopping baskets available at the front door, a ongoing problem with this store. Even after notifying Kroger call corporate offices regarding issues at this store the issues continue. A 360 of this Fry's food and drugs is located on Shea boulevard and Tatum. The store on Tatum in Paradise valley is well-maintained and fully stocked and the customer service is there to serve you unlike this particular Fry's where the management is extremely rude and very lazy,! If at all avoid going to this store is one of the worst run Fry's Food and Drugs in the country. Their customer service is appalling to say the least! if you want to have a shopping cart full of food and,have the register go down for, 20 minutes then go to this store enjoy your experience 🤕!! You should have been at the store during the renovation of it twice in one year. The only people that work at this store that area rude and completely unhelpful! And the corporation does not give a damn I thought customers only about money!
