I've shopped at many Fry's Food Stores but, this store is very clean and the employees here are very friendly. Always willing to help, great customer service. Meat dept is always full and appealing. Grocery aisle are fully stocked as well as the surrounding areas. Produce area grabs my attention as soon as I walk in. Very clean, organized, full of color and fresh veggies and fruits. I always have the greatest experience here. It's not located in the best of places but, once inside u feel welcomed and comfortable knowing your going to have a great shopping experience. Chip aisle is always looking good to. If u can't find hot Cheetos you will find them here while supplies last haha. They just extended the chip aisle with now an even bigger selection. Don’t forget your salty snacks on the way out..

I remember when this Fry's was new. I thought it was great since you could buy some stuff like you were at Target or Walmart. It was not as extensive of course. Anyways I went there again after probably 10 years. The area is run down.Homeless people linger in the area making you feel like it may not be as safe. Nothing overt but the atmosphere is different. I comparison shopped some of my regular purchase items and found the savings just was not enough to get me to come down here. It is not that far from where I live but not worth the extra effort. It was sad to see the area run down and thought the store is not in disrepair just the atmosphere was run down if you can understand that. It did not help that I had to wait for someone to return a cart to get one they were in short supply. Such a shame they have so much variety of different items and they carry those Black Grapes that I love so much. I guess it is just sign of the times here in Phoenix.

Nicolle the store manger was professional, knowledgeable, and possessed all the customer service skills that every Fry’s Food and Drug store should strive for. Also the Employee in the floral department possesses the specific product knowledge necessary to help anyone looking for a plant to brighten up their home. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect plant for my home. Thank you both.

There is a security guard who makes stopping in wonderful. Most of the employees are amazing. Two of the employees would be fired if I was leadership. I stay away from them since they make the experience unpleasant. I didn't get their names. I will next time I stop in. They are why the store didn't get 5 stars.

Fast and easy... The people behind the counter were very polite and grabbed my prescription with the quickness! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy if you live in the area. They have a lot of security and a Phoenix Deputy always on guard bc it is a kind of shady area. But overall it is very safe there.
