⭐☆☆☆☆ Ten Years of Loyalty — Gone in One Visit I’ve used Fry’s pickup in Scottsdale for nearly 10 years. After my experience on September 1st 2025, I will never shop here again. I placed a $200 order and when I arrived, half my groceries were missing. When I asked for help, the supervisor accused the situation of being “suspicious,” as if I was lying or hiding groceries. After a decade of loyalty, I was treated like a liar and a thief. To make it worse, I was on the phone with Fry’s customer service at the same time. Customer service told me they can reshop missing items and can refund specific items. But the supervisor looked me in the eye and said this is how her manager told her to handle it. Her only “solution” was to cancel my entire order, take back what I had, and make me re-shop everything myself — a punishment for their mistake. Other grocery stores make things right. Fry’s chose to insult me, waste my time, and lose a loyal customer forever. I’ll be shopping at Safeway from now on. If you value your time, money, or dignity — stay far away from this Fry’s.

We usually have great experiences here. I've left great reviews. Well, we finally had a bad experience. Will it keep me from returning? No, we'll still shop here. The lady at the check out counter finalized our bill before she took our coupons. Then she said that is why she asks for the coupons first, which she did not... anyway, we had to go to the customer service counter where the service agent was talking to the customer in front of us. When we finally get service, we told her what happened and all we got was "ok". There was also a $10 discount for Saturday that we asked if they could add that for the inconvenience. Got ignored and she said you're all set. No acknowledgement. First bad experience, but we'll still be back. UPDATE 5/1/24: Went back as promised. Much better service this time. Last time was just not our day. The cashier was much more friendly. Even told us about an additional discount proactively. Awesome!
