I took my first class ever today visiting from LA and all I can say is that I’m blown away! Amazing instructors who are both knowledgeable in pilates and the body itself but also SO much fun! Playlist was amazing! All staff were so sweet and welcoming! Thank you Fuze house for this amazing experience and burning out my whole body!

The worst hot Pilates class I’ve experienced. I have a background in gymnastics and do hot yoga and mat Pilates multiple times a week. The instructor started class before everyone who was on time could get back from the locker room and they also let people in late which was disruptive. My main concern was the lack of cueing for core support during class. The instructor didn’t cue a single time to engage your core, much less to protect the spine during floor exercises with your back flat to the ground and a rib to hip connection. I was so appalled I looked around during class to count the number of attendees unknowingly performing core exercises with an arched spine, making themselves prone to injury. The class is advertised as “slow and controlled” but is far from it. I attended with friends and we reached out directly to the Fuze team to address our concerns about the improper instruction and danger of performing Pilates in such a haphazard way. They refused to acknowledge the concern for the lack of cueing core properly and refused a refund “since no one got hurt”. It’s a shame that this is the only experience some guests have with Pilates and they think they are bettering themselves. Save yourself the money.

The absolute worst fitness experience I’ve ever had. I’ve practiced Pilates and hot yoga for years and have a background in ballet with instructional training—it’s not hard to do it safely and correctly, yet Fuze completely missed the mark. The class was advertised as slow, controlled, and low-impact, but it was rushed, disorganized, and offered ZERO foundational cues. The instructor started before everyone was even in the room and gave no direction on how to protect the spine, engage the core, or move safely—especially dangerous in a heated room. I left dumbfounded. I emailed the studio with clear, respectful feedback and a refund request. Their response? Completely dismissive. No apology, no accountability, and they refused to refund the class. It was obvious they didn’t care. What’s even more upsetting is that people who don’t know better will come here thinking they’re getting good instruction—and could genuinely get hurt.

As a Pilates instructor I couldn’t not leave a note for Lucy. She is absolutely great! Her energy, her cueing, the flow — everything is just perfect. Such a great class! 🙏🏻
