We took Gentle Waves with Jennifer last night and she was a wonderful instructor, as always. She is able to provide multi-level instruction and maintain a cohesive experience for each individual. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, Jennifer's class is a great choice.

I loved the intention of a studio based on love, the warm & peaceful atmosphere, and the excellent instruction. I've been practicing yoga regularly for a few years now & I have attended many varying levels & styles of classes. Some feel like you are at a 24hour fitness...the very opposite of what I enjoy. Others are what I can only call "pose based", rather than "breathing based." I don't know how else to say that, but they are opposites to me. Gaia felt focused on experiencing wholeness in body, mind, & spirit, and letting the poses evolve from there. In my mind, exactly what it should be. Thank you for a great class.

Such a great space for practice. I’m reintegrating yoga practice into my life and am new to hot yoga as a whole. It’s been an amazing first week of entering back into the flow here. The staff does a wonderful job of setting the tone for practice. Some of the moves are a bit challenging for a beginner course, but it’s also very much self paced and the instructors I’ve had have done a good job of presenting modified moves. Overall I would recommend visiting

What an incredible gift this studio is. Yoga is about so much more than the poses, and this place teaches the full package. If you want to learn about the asanas (poses) in a gentle and loving environment, this is the place. If you want to dive deeper into yogic philosophy and expand your practice and spirituality, this is also the place. My life and practice have been transformed by this studio. Dear reader, I beg you to give yourself the gift of this place. There is so much love and growth here waiting just for you. May all beings be free. Namaste

Loved it! I have tried various group fitness classes throughout the Meteoplex, and as a beginner, most are very intimidating. I have also run into the issue where beginner classes end up being all breathwork and I feel like I have not moved my body as intended, but Gaia Flow is different. It is the perfect mix of spiritual practice and physical movement. They also provide schedules that compliment working a 9-5, which I really appreciate! Looking forward to continue to learn and practice here!
