Have you ever walked into a strangers living room to strip yr shoes, socks, and shirt off and do some yoga?? That’s exactly how i felt my first time at this beautiful gem of a studio. This gem here is laid away in a small pocket near the West Village area of Dallas. It feels like being at home. It’s really cozy, and by that I mean it can get HOT (depending on which class you take!) I’d recommend my personal faves Dana and Dove! Their clear cueing coupled with creative sequences will have you stretching parts of your body you wouldn’t ever even know existed. They’re so talented and filled with anatomical knowledge it’s amazing. This spot truly hosts the best of the best yoga instructors in the DFW area.
