I love their diplomatica cake. I bought from here about 6 times the same whole cake. However, during my today visit I bought 2 whole cake. They brought it from inside but I wasn't thinking anything at that time. Until I came home and started to cut it. I couldn't even cut it because it was in the refrigerator!!!! It was so soggy. That is not fair at all. I bought the second cake for someone else and felt so bad that I gave them this cake. How come you do that? I saw 2 whole diplomatica cake and showed them to give me that from the display. This cake once got to the refrigerator, it becomes not so good b/c it loses the freshness. I just want to say that for other customers, please look out when they give you your cake.

We came here to get dessert right before the Seattle Symphony started. It’s right across the street and closes before most shows at 7 PM. There was about 15 minutes to closing, and it felt like the staff was not happy about us coming in, but there was already people eating in there so we felt what’s another two person order? The gelato is very well made with the traditional flavors of Italy and at least one seasonal flavor that’s more contemporary. The flavors aren’t sugary and fake like you might find at other places, they taste like what they actually are with the pistachio being quite nutty and the cappuccino one being very strong and slightly bit of delicious cappuccino flavor. They have a lot of baked goods to take as a gift to wherever you’re headed to.
