I really do not like leaving negative reviews, and I truly want to give this building the benefit of the doubt as there are some incredibly kind and hard working people who work in this building. However, after several instances of the same issues and no one answering the phone to address my concerns, I’m not sure where else to share this feedback. Despite the posted hours on the door stating the building is open on Saturdays at 9:30 AM, it’s often locked with no staff present. Calls go unanswered, leaving multiple businesses and their clients (including patients who may have driven considerable distances) without access. This is both frustrating and costly for those expecting to receive services. On the flip side, I’ve also had the building close earlier than the posted hours, resulting in my car being locked inside. When I inquired about it, the response was simply, “We didn’t see the car,” which is hard to believe when it was clearly in the parking lot. I’m sharing this in hopes that management will take these concerns seriously. If the building’s hours have changed, please please please update them accordingly and ensure there’s a reliable way to reach someone by phone. Doing so would prevent unnecessary inconvenience, wasted resources, and frustration for everyone involved. Thank you for taking the time to read this—I genuinely hope to see improvements soon.

Thank You Guys So Much 🙏🏾 •Kane - Very Informative, Very Professional, and Very Cool • Bryce - Extremely helpful during my grandmother’s repass; assisted my family with facility issues and showed exceptional service by helping me and my attendees transport some of our items out of and back to our cars. He mentioned how the anniversary of the passing of one his family members was that same day. I hope you keep that mentality and I am grateful to have met you. Thanks! You both were awesome and I hope they give you a raise and a bonus because you deserve it! Thank You for the hospitality you all showed to my family and I in our time of loss. -Sincerely, Roussaw Family Jackson Family
