My mistake was ignoring the bad reviews and went for a quick classic mani/pedi, thinking they can't mess it up. First, the price on the website isn't what you pay when you're there (Classic pedi is $30, not $25. Classic mani is $20, not $15). The first girl did my pedi, cut my nails way too short when I asked to just even out what needed it, & then cut some downright crooked. 1 pinkie nail was completely messed up - I didnt catch it before I left, which is my fault, but I know they saw it. The girl that did my mani started with sticking my hand in mani dish with cold water, then made my cuticle bleed, skipped any buffing of nails (just cut and file) and proceeded to give me the worst $20 nail paint of my life! The layers don't line up and look messy. I could have gotten better results at a kid's sleepover party. If they're actually trained and licensed, they need to go back. Waste of money.

I went here for a quick gel manicure and an hour!!! later I was left with a poor done, bumpy manicure. I go to my car and notice how bad it looked in the light. I came back in and they generously fixed it but it was even worse. See pictures attached. I then called 3 days later because my thumb had chipped (see last photo) and they refused to give me a refund and said they would just redo the nails. Obviously I don’t want to waste my time here again. The people are nice but quality of polish and services are low.

Glam nail spa is my local go to for general nail care needs. About every 2 weeks in there for a gel pedicure and gel polish. They have most popular nail trends such as cat eye, glitter, chrome, and SNS in tons of colors... my pedicures are always fabulous and leave me more than satisfied. Many times I add a paraffin wax to my pedicures with is a nice accommodation many places don't have. They have a nice point system that allows you to have money off after a certain amount spent. Everyone is always very polite and professional. I'm very pleased with most of their services, my only complaint is I can't trust just anyone there to do my fill ins, a few times I've had lifting or cracked nails that needed replacement.

I had been looking for a new nail salon (that was reasonably priced + offered what I was looking for.. I LOVE designs) and Glam Nail Spa was a HIT. Customer service is amazing, they always deliver on my requests (and I have very wild ideas sometimes LOL), and they are worth the price. My nails last for at least 3 weeks and I work with my hands daily so if you’re considering, JUST COME!

Amazing shop! Jack is an expert at Nails! Will is creative and Nancy is phenomenal with pedicures. Ivy and Emmy are great painters! Super Clean and consistent. It get busy so definitely advise to get appointments if you want particular person!
