Today was my first time at their food bank. What a blessing! Unlike other food banks that give you mostly canned goods, they give you meat, produce and bread. Even though they don't start until 12, it's a good idea to get there early. I got there right before they started and it seemed to me that the people that went up first got a lot more stuff. I guess as they start to run out, they give out less. I wish I would have gotten donuts and more produce like some of the other people but that's my bad for being late. Keep in mind that you don't get to pick and choose. They don't even let you go inside. When it's your turn, you hand them your bag or cart and they fill it for you. Luckily I'm not picky and I'm grateful for whatever I got.

I always pass this church as they are giving out and decided to stop. These people are working so hard as if they are making plenty of money. To give to people that are hungry and for those that can use just a little more to help with there shortage. I received very good items. I keep some for myself but the majority goes to some homeless that can not get there and others that can really use the help. We need more people to give back the way that this ministry does. YI looking forward to going again but with also items to donate for the children

No doubt a life saver ...but rude volunteers...I'm disabled, they snatched a box out if my hand, that I got from a worker there, and told me I had to pay $2 for it. It caused my shoulder to be injured and my grand daughter to get hysterical when she saw how they treated me.. im grateful but they need etiquette..
