This place is absolutely amazing. My first time was fantastic, and my second time was even better! I believe I came here when they first started opening up, and to see the growth and how much they try to keep everything so perfect is amazing. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. Both times I have been here, It has been very quiet and everybody is very respectful. The cold plunge is awesome, the steam room is very steamy. And the sauna is exactly how you want it. Everything is clean, The staff comes around very frequently to make sure everything is tidy and kept up. They have a juice bar if you’re thirsty. And they also offer classes. I definitely will Be back many more times. (Probably today) This place helps me feel better in so many different ways. Thank you guys so much for having such a great establishment! Thanks for offering a place that has me leaving refreshed!

Glow is absolutely amazing!! If you’ve been thinking about trying it book that time slot! Let me start with the benefit I loved the most which was the most amazing and restful night sleep, my body and mind were so relaxed after that I got one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while after. Also the post glow is real my skin was so soft and glowing the next day. The experience of glow is also very thought out. I loved that you can’t bring your phone in so you are just immersed in the experience as you make your way through whatever is calling to you as you relax, reset and recover! Everyone go to glow!

Cannot say enough good things about Glow. I was visiting from out of state and got recommended to check this place out, so I squeezed it in my last day in SLC and could not be any happier I did! Josh helped me book two hours in the bathhouse and a massage with Laura same day while I was traveling. He was so pleasant and efficient, and left a lovely follow up email which made it easy for me to stay on schedule when I was having a hectic day! Marty (I hope that is spelled correctly) checked me in and showed me around when I arrived, and she was super informative. I also saw her handle an awkward interaction with another guest who had their phone out with grace and a pleasant attitude and was so impressed by that! The facilities are super well maintained, clean, and nicely laid out. The water in the pool and cold plunge were both clear, and there are complimentary yoga mats to use on the patio which was so nice! Finally, I'm not being dramatic when I say I think Laura changed my life with that massage! Her specialty is sports massage and after a week of hiking I told her to really do her thing. She knows her stuff! I alternated between that trance-like feeling and "hurts so good" in the best way! She's also REALLY personable and funny which is a lovely bonus :) This place is really truly special, check it out if you're on the fence! I hope to be back soon for another Glow Day.

I haven't been to the bathhouse (yet) but I've heard amazing things. This review is for all their yoga classes and instructors, they are amazing!!! The classes and intimate and I never feel out of place since I'm pretty much a beginning. This place is such a breath of fresh air for the west side, I love it!

We enjoyed our first visit here! Clean facilities and great variety of amenities. The one bizarre happening was that a staff person (I believe a co-founder from what they said) was yapping it up in the hot sauna, despite signs all around to respect a quiet environment. There were many of us in the sauna and this person kept talking loudly to one other person, despite the rest of us remaining quiet. We actually left early because of this. I'm happy to have the staff reach out and I can tell them the exact time this happened. Otherwise would recommend if you're looking for a fun activity, though I probably wouldn't go back regularly - more just for fun occasions.
