We have been coming to the Geoff Family Pumpkin Patch in Liberty Station at Point Loma for three years now. This year, it seems like they put more thoughts into how they’ve decorated and photo opportunity set ups. This charming place is free and perfect for family outing. We love taking young kids and dogs here for the family pictures to welcome the Fall season. Other than sitting in the little red pumpkin wagons, there are no other activities like hayrides or petting zoo for the kids. However, most young kids love running around and picking out their own pumpkins. This place is located inside Liberty Station near the Liberty Marketplace, so there are plenty nearby restaurants and stores to explore. There are plenty of places to sit and relax at the pumpkin patch or enjoy your own picnic or food from the Marketplace. For the adults, they have beer on tap. The prices for the pumpkins are on the high side but there’s a great selection of pumpkins in all shapes and colors and along with other items like the corn stalks, candles, gourds and seasonal Fall decorations.

Cute little Pumpkin patch at Liberty Station! Parking on the weekends will be next to impossible but the actual pumpkin area is super cute. Though, it’s nowhere near like a real pumpkin patch it’s just very fabricated. However, that makes it perfect for fall pictures! The pumpkins are also well priced and seem to be some of the best picks of the patch (the real patch). I would recommend coming here for a more aesthetic pumpkin picking experience or with younger kids!

Really neat pumpkin patch with a ton of different varieties. There's tons of parking around this shopping area. The pumpkins are all pretty expensive. When we went there was even a balloon artist making balloons for a shockingly cheap price. Definitely one of the better pumpkin patches to go to in SD.
