I ordered a Grand Fir Christmas Tree online to have it delivered. Pinery Christmas Tree sent a smaller tree than what I ordered but within a few hours they swapped it out for a bigger tree. Service was easy peazy. But I also was here after Thanksgiving. 5 Tips You Need to Know: If you have a stand. Bring it. They'll attach it. If you want that pine fresh smell until New Year's Eve, Douglas is best. If you don't want to pay for netting, bring the blue tarp that is in everybody's garage. If you see a tree that speaks to you, take the tag and pay at the front. I saw a tree walked away for 3 minutes came back and that tree was gone. Bummer. You know that junk mail you throw away, there's a $10.00 off coupon. May these holidays bring you favor. If it is a sad time, do something incredibly unusual to boost your vibe.

The employees and delivery folks are nice enough but charging $65 for delivery to North park, one exit off the 805 to mission valley isn highway robbery. Especially since it was a lot cheaper last year. I would like to just strap the tree down to my car myself but I can't. Sadly, the tradition will come to an end and I'll find a new place

WORST TREE EVER 68 bucks for a Douglas Fir. 1 week later, properly maintained, tree is Drier than an overcooked turkey. Asked if I wanted it netted...I said yes When I went to pay, only to find it cost 3.00 bucks for the net. I have N E V E R BEEN CHARGED FOR THAT. WAS NEVER MENTIONED IT WAS A FEE SERVICE NOW. We had a really great experience here because the trees are all untied and on display for you to choose the one you like. There are many assistants ready to help and assist you. We had Dennis and he was great at explaining the different kinds of trees and told us how the trees are acquired. We found a lovely discounted tree. Dennis then helped us carry our chosen one to the car and tied it securely onto the car roof for us. These trees are pricier than say Lowes or Costco but they are definitely fresher than Costco and the service was better than Lowes. At Lowes they are all tied up and piled on top of each other, so you can’t see what you’re getting unless you grab one from the pile and untie it and no one was helping us. At Costco you don’t get to choose and the one we got last year was dry and didn’t have the Christmas tree smell. So, I am pretty happy with my experience coming to this Pinery lot.
