The pizza at Good Shape was great! Don’t get it twisted — this isn’t your typical drunk pizza slice. It’s a solid Neapolitan pie, and I highly recommend it. The owner/pizza chef (Chris) sets up his pop-up there at least once a month (maybe more - check Chuck’s Hop Shop website to find out when he’s there) and makes perfectly delicious single-serving pizzas. Originally from the Puget Sound area, he spent several years in Brooklyn learning how to make NY-style pizza. Now he’s serving up deliciously charred pizza with a thin (yet doesn’t sag or flop) crust that has a nice chewy texture and satisfying crispy crust. The seasonings are perfectly balanced and not overwhelming. Also, he’s generous with the pepperoni! His sauce is simple and he lets the flavors speak for themselves.

Got an order of their supreme pizza at the brewery yesterday! It was delicious! As a native new yorker, my boyfriend is used to me complaining that there are not enough good pizza options in Seattle. Good Shape Pizza is definitely one of them!! The crust was divine. All of the ingredients tasted fresh as well. The pizza came out fast and the guy working even brought it to our table. Will look forward to the next time we get to enjoy a slice from them!

Damn good pizza! Love that it’s a full plate pizza. Small enough to be a personal pie but big enough to share as an app or late night snack. We got the pepperoni, jalapenos and hot honey. The crust was crispy but not super crunchy. The cheese was melty and not soggy. It was awesome! The atmosphere was fun and divey w/ pinball games in the back.

Awesome new pizza takeout spot in Belltown. Pizza is delicious and small enough that you could get three for two people. Prices are very reasonable and flavor is great with good char. If you live in the Belltown area, definitely recommend checking Good Shape out!
