Staff is super friendly, and some even introduce themselves! They have great clothes, most are clean and pressed, and a lot of designer clothing. I had to buy clothes for a new job and spent $100, most of the clothing around $7 each. So, I got a ton of stuff! They now let you return items if they don't fit, since there are no dressing rooms. Just keep your receipt and leave the tags on. Love this place!

It's a typical Goodwill thrift store. But here's a few things about mobility and sensory accessibility: Much of the store is wheelchair /walker accessible but some of the aisles are very narrow and can barely accommodate mobility aids. Wonderful entrance with automatic double doors . Music is usually moderately loud, tolerable with noise canceling headphones. Moderately crowded in the afternoon. Some people let their kids run around and make noise. Restroom doors don't have automatic openers. They're large, private with high toilets and handrails. But they usually are dirty. No dressing rooms. Some items are not eligible to return. If you keep your receipt you're able to return most things for store credit within seven days.

You can always find something.ive never walked out empty handed. I usually leave with too much, just need time to look over products for defects before buying. You are able to return for store credit within 7 days but who wants to? For me thrifting is relaxing...I'm always looking for my big buy of the day. With things being SO expensive, I may walk out with an item that still has tags for a fraction of what it originally cost...which gets my endorphins going. Happy thrifting!

We brought several pants at this brodie that weren’t trying on because there is no FITTING ROOMS😡. We were told that we could change them at any goodwill store and now that we try to take them to another goodwill they won’t take them because we didn’t buy them there which is so frustrated because I am stuck some stupid pants and money wasted spend of &40.00. This is so ridiculous and insane that there are all the same store and they won’t accept them back that is a rip off there part. This goodwill store had fitting room before and they took them off and now people can’t try clothes and it’s a hassle to return them if they do. We live far from austin not right that this store does that will not support goodwill no more. We have been customers for years and this is so upsetting I thought they always say they will keep customers happy😡

Love this location! I live in Dripping Spring and still drive to this location because of the very reasonable price points, excellent management/ staff, and welcoming atmosphere. The Brodie location makes my local Dripping Springs Goodwill location look terrible greedy, poorly ran, and downright unfriendly. Brodie I will continue to spend my hard earned money with you until you sell out, hopefully that isn’t anytime soon!!
