The Staff have been wonderful and helpful each time I shop at this store. I have found so many treasures at this location for reasonable prices. Not the cheapest goodwill but the quality of products explain the additional dollar or two you might pay for dishes ect.

Drop off is the worst customer service. Literally brought so much stuff and the man wanted nothing to do with it. Then when he finally brought a box we unloaded everything while he cried about not being Hercules when we didn’t wanna drop glass into a 4 ft box . Very uncomfortable very unprofessional his store manager he threatened us with whom absolutely wanted to talk to was very nice and obviously understands his employees temper tantrums.

Just got done shopping here for the first time. As I was checking out, I noticed there was a long line behind and I was helping the cashier (who was an elderly gentleman) take my items off the hangers and he seemed to be annoyed telling me "let me do my job." I let him know I was only trying to help to get the line moving. Then I noticed some of the clothing tags were being tangled amongst eachother and I was helping seperate them, as I was doing so, the cashier slightly smacked my hand to shoo it away and said "too many hands in the fire!!" in a very unpleasant flustered tone. One of the pants I was helping him with had a loose tag and fell to the floor and I noticed as he was flipping items around looking for the pricetag to scan. I picked it up and showed him and he said "No i can't take that tag, this item needs to be rung up again!" The tag was yellow which was half off and when a different assistant came to reprice it, it was then red with a different price. After this he looked at me in a rude manner and then proceeded to tell me my total. I will not be returning to this location. I have had better customer service elsewhere and other cashier's appreciate the small act of kindness when I take clothes off hangers. No employee should ever put their try to put their hands on a customer. Although it was not a significant smack, it was enough to tell me the lack of respect they have for their customers.
