Just went to donate $800 worth of suits, shoes and dress shirts. Nobody out front. Walked to the sliding doors, and this dude says, “you can’t come in here, get back out.” I said I didn’t see a sign (nicely). He yelled you don’t need a sign, you need to do what I said! I told him to chill, he came out to the car, one step away, and started yelling at me. Never experienced this before. Talked to the manager, nothing done. I unloaded my stuff myself, and he stared the whole time. Hugely disappointed with giving eight construction bags of clothes to be treated like this!

We all know about the thrift grift already so I rarely go to Goodwill anymore. The prices are ridiculous. It's funny though because it's always the same older lady with gray hair around her shoulders that checks me out. If I go in there with makeup on and dressed for work, she is as pleasant and sweet as can be. Whenever I go in there without makeup looking like I just woke up, she is purposefully awful. She is rude, hateful and suspect of every item you buy. At first, I thought maybe she just had an occasional bad day and then it happened so much over the past 2 years that it's clearly her way of thinking. And then I saw her treat the people in line after me the same way and I decided to at least post something about it. It would be kind of hilarious that she's like that if I didn't realize that if she's doing that to me, no telling what else she's doing to others. Goodwill, pay your employees more so that they don't feel like they are trapped in a situation in which they have to be awful to your lower-tiered customers.

This might be my favorite Goodwill! I happened to be in the area, Googled the nearest location, and this one came up. I love the size and the large variety this location offers. The staff is friendly, and the store is fairly clean, considering how busy it can get. However, sale days aren’t what they used to be—they feel more like a scam these days. My biggest complaint is that there’s only one mirror in the entire store, and no fitting rooms! Most people like to try things on before buying, and having just one mirror is really inconvenient. I hope this is something small they can fix. Other than that, I love this store! Thank you, Goodwill!

I went into Goodwill and saw a toaster oven. I have nerve damage on my left side. I asked for assistance to lift the object into my basket. There was a box that it came in. I didn’t pay any attention to it. When I was checking out, there wasn’t a price on the item. The lady behind me said it was $19.99 on the box it came in. She was about to buy it but changed her mind. When the manager came, he immediately said the item was $45. I asked him to check the box it came in. I know the price was $19.99. I watch him check the box and then went into the back, and changed the tags. The box he brought out said $29.99. I peeled off the price to reveal it to be $19.99. He then lied and said he called his boss who was off and said the original price was too low. I donate and patronize Goodwill brands. Why would he change the prices and lie about it. The cashiers knew what he done and apologized to me. This manager named Steve should not be in management.

This is the most clean and well organized Goodwill store I have seen! They have a large diverse collection of items and the aisles are easy to maneuver. I am going back today 😃
