Shortly after emailing the requested details, I received a prompt response, and a technician was dispatched to our location by 1 p.m.—even earlier than originally scheduled, thanks to a courtesy call informing me of his early availability. The technician replaced the lock efficiently and provided us with five replacement keys, completing the job in what felt like just 30 minutes. The entire experience was seamless, fast, and handled with care. I highly recommend Grah Safe & Lock for any urgent security needs.

This place is the bomb! The only place I know of in town that stocks tubular ace style locks (with the little round tube shaped key that can't be broken off inside the lock) As you can see I use keys quite often at quite a few different places... This kind of key is the best by far! Friendly knowledgeable service always available at the counter, and prices are nothing to complain about! Update: 6/13/23... Boss bought this old hutch to use in our bar for a t-shirt display case. Every single door on it (5) is getting a new Grah lock! Tubular style cam locks on the 2 top glass doors, disc tumblers on the bottom solid doors. Just under $100 for 5 locks, two of them tubular - great deal if you ask me!
