Although, the service and atmosphere is top notch at Baccarat hotel, I do have to mention the food. Maybe my experience was exceptional, and usually it doesn’t happen at this restaurant but the food I was served was not fresh. I ordered afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the food on the tower tasted like it was on the back of a fridge for a while before being served. It ruined my high expectations of this place. I hope Grand Salon would improve and serve fresh food just like they serve warm scones to the guest.

In London you usually have a service detailed orienteda, with description or explanation of what was served missed. Overall a good experience, needing a few adjustments to get to The London Afternoon tea experience.
