Its range of trails, with multiple peaks. You can plan based on the difficulty and time. Mt Hollwood Summit has great view of Griffith Observatory as well as Hollwwood sign. You can start from Merry go round parking lot, then head towards Bee Rock Trail and follow the signs. Adding pics of map and signs along the way.

Ok, this is a great hike. Start east to west going upwards for a harder hike. The climb at the top is a little tough so focus, no cell phone texting and please wear the right shoes. The view is spectacular. I did see people with, dogs and children. 9:00am is a good time to start. At that time you should find parking. No shade so wear your sun screen. Their are plenty of restaurants In close proximity after your hike. There is also a bathroom close to the parking area. Very safe hike.
