The Donor Hub app is useful for saving time. Until you get there and the “Appointment” you made doesn’t matter. You still have to wait in line for an undisclosed amount of time. I waited about an hour after my Set time.

First things first, I have to say the majority of the staff here is very friendly and inviting. That being said, I cannot return here. While every phlebotomist has said my arteries are big and juicy, about 50% of the time they would miss my artery and dig around for it or go too deep and go through my artery. Both are uncomfortable at best. My last visit was especially bad. They ended returning my fluids back into the cavity of my arm instead of the artery. Alarms for “high pressure return” were sounding over and over again. The team that seemed to be under staffed, appeared not to be too concerned to address the alarm and when I finally got their attention, they didn’t seem to know what to do and didn’t seem too concerned as my arm inflated, painfully ballooning with fluid. I become highly concerned that if the situation regressed any worse no one there would be able to help. Over a week later, and I still cannot bend my arm without severe pain and discomfort. It also regularly wakes me up at night from the pain. If you truly care about your donors, these issues must be fixed! I don’t know what else can be said.

First off it’s a clean center, most of staff is friendly. My concern /complaint is when you schedule an appointment, it’s POINTLESS. Several times I’ve scheduled appointments and have had to wait 45 minutes up to an over an hour. Then when you ask what happened they say well we have to go by who was or is here waiting. So if you have a slotted to time go here . DONT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, BECAUSE U WILL BE DISSAPOINTED.
