A massive boulder formation with a stone throne at it's highpoint and a stone bench at it's mid level. Stunning panoramic view of the bay .So impressive I proposed to my now wife there.
Helen Whitkin
Very cool structure to climb and amazing views of SF Bay. Not much grass or picnic options.

This is a cool little park, similar to Indian Rock and Mortar a little ways down he hill, I didn’t see anywhere for bouldering, but if that’s not your aim, it’s way less crowded. It was so quiet there were three deer hanging out, laying in the back. The view over the Bay is excellent, unobstructed other than a few big coniferous trees. There’s parking around, maybe not right in front, and there’s no lot, but on one of the warren of streets in the neighborhood. It’s pretty exposed, not much shade other than on the little path, and in one corner.

Hidden gem in the Berkeley hills. Very expansive rock outcropping, great for scrambling over. Nice benches built into the rock here and there. Could be a bit cleaner. Fantastic views.
